Rich started working in Western Colorado after completing his bachelors of architecture and environmental design at North Dakota State University in 1994.

Rich believes the phases of design and construction should be a smooth, continuous process for the client. He brings together expertise from all the design team members.

Rich adheres to a philosophy of strong community involvement whether it is sports leadership or business development. He is currently on the Rifle City Council, the Rifle Creek Center of Historical Preservation Board, the City Council Representative to the Rifle Area Chamber of Commerce Board, the Rifle Community Foundation Board, the New Ute Theatre Society Board, as well as the Rifle High School Soccer Program Head Coach.

Rich enjoys spending time outdoors, cross-country skiing and kayaking. On summer weekends, he can usually be seen on Harvey Gap in his custom built kayak.

Jeff has been practicing architecture in the Rocky Mountains since 1994. He came out to the mountains of Colorado after completing his bachelor degrees in architecture and environmental design at North Dakota State University. His knowledge of various building construction techniques and his intrinsic ability to listen to the client makes the design process easier for everyone involved. Jeff works hard to give his clients an attractive and cost effective product.

Jeff has a long history of community involvement in our area. He is a board member of the Better Business Bureau of the Mountain States and a former councilman for the City of Rifle.

Jeff's recent awards include the Garfield RE-2 Business Partner of the Month and the March Volunteer of the month award by Garfield County RE-2 School District.
